While some tours may have fixed components due to supplier constraints, we’ll guide you through the available customization options. What is your cancellation policy?

At Sovereign Dragon Journeys, every journey is thoughtfully planned with care and precision. To support the time, expertise, and coordination involved in curating your experience, a cancellation fee of $199 or 2.5% of the journey's total cost applies, whichever is greater. We partner with a variety of trusted suppliers, each with their own cancellation terms. These will be clearly outlined in your itinerary and will determine any additional fees or eligible refunds related to your journey. Our goal is to make every step of your travel experience—from planning to changes or cancellations—clear, fair, and stress-free. We’re here to guide you with transparency and support, so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind. We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to help with any refunds or other issues that may arise while on your journey.

How I plan my Unforgettable journey with you?

• It's easy and starts with a free 30-minute consultation.

• After that I will send you our contract, including the initial invoice for planning fees based on our discussion.

• Once that is signed and the invoice paid, I will began putting together a proposal for you. That takes about 72 hours, if I need longer I will let you know

• Then we will schedule an hour session to go over the proposal.

• You will have 5 days to review, request changes and make your selection, availability and rates change very quickly in the travel industry.

• Once your decision is made you place a deposit or pay in full for the trip

• Then you sit back and get excited for your vacation. I will handle the bookings, send you reminders for payment dates, pull together insights for your destinations, send you tips on what to pack and handle any changes or conflicts that come up.

• Once you are off on your trip, I am just a phone call away if you need assistance, with reservations, have any questions or concerns.

What if I am interested in a Vacation outside of Europe?

Set up a consultation with us. While our specialty lies in the Old World—rich with history, myth, and timeless charm—we can craft unforgettable journeys to any destination. No matter if you are dreaming of the Pacific, the Americas, or somewhere off the beaten path. We can still design a curated tour that provides cultural and historical insights, carrying the same level of care and luxury that defines every Sovereign Dragon experience.

We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and ensure a seamless experience, no matter what the journey brings.
